    MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open protocol that lets AI apps securely access your data and tools. Nootka Bridge is an MCP server: your portfolio data becomes available inside Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and any MCP-compatible app.

  • Do I need both Compass and Bridge?

    No. Nootka Compass is a standalone app for managing and understanding your portfolio. Nootka Bridge connects your portfolio to MCP clients. You can use one, or both, depending on how you want to work.

  • What markets and asset types are covered?

    We cover US and Canadian markets. Supported asset types include stocks, bonds, ETFs, and crypto. You can see and manage your full portfolio in one place. We're constantly adding more markets and asset types.

  • Which institutions can I connect?

    We connect to over 10,000 financial institutions across the globe. When you sign up, you can link your brokerage, bank, or other accounts to aggregate your holdings in Nootka.

  • When will Nootka be available?
